Return Policy

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Items that have been returned without a return authorization number

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs for the returned item will not be refunded.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process as outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process an exchange and ship the new item to you within 5-7 business days.

Change of Mind

If you’ve had a change of mind, you can return the item within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at [email protected] immediately with photos of the defect. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the item. You may choose between a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including return shipping costs.

Wrong Product Received

In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item, and upon receipt, we will send the correct item to you. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Order Never Arrived

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you encounter issues or your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellation After Ordering
