I also bought Isonic jewelry Ultrasonic cleaning concentrate and used that. One capful, 2 cups water, and ran 2 cycles since I haven't cleaned my ring in years. Afterwards, I rinsed my ring with water, and dried with microfiber cloth. Only other thing I might do is get a soft bristle toothbrush for the platinum ring part. There seems to be a bit of residue buildup, probably from years of not getting my ring cleaned.Totally recommend if you're like me, and don't pop into jewelry stores as often as you used to.
