The wallet is well made, holds contents snugly, and a perfect size for credit card sized things. The RFID blocker really works! My son used to wave his old leather wallet with his ID card inside to open locked doors on campus, now with the RFID blocker wallet, he actually has to take the ID card out to open doors. Also, I found that the "Tile" locator's effective range is reduced by the RF block.

I've always carried a regular bill fold and decided it was getting to big, so I took many of the credit cards, debit cards, and store cards out so it wasn't so bulky. The problem is that the wallet was leather and had stretched out so my remaining cards were slipping out when I opened it. I started to do some research and found the minimalist wallet, but many of them were very expensive, so I looked elsewhere. Eventually, I made my way back and found this wallet on Amazon. The price was great for an experimental wallet, so I pulled the trigger. When I received the wallet it came in a nice and durable box and the wallet itself was a lot better quality than I thought it was going to be. I added the cards I wanted (11 cards total) and it works perfectly. I left the clip on for small amounts of cash and business cards, so it serves every purpose I needed. This wallet went from an experimental item (to see if I wanted the more expensive brands) to being my go-to! I highly recommend this wallet to anyone looking to downsize and experience the same great quality as the more expensive minimalist wallets.

I have no clue if it is real carbon fiber, or RFID blocking, but it seems pretty gosh darned sturdy. The side "hinges" are elastic. The plastic on the inside is a little bit of a sloping bevel so cards go in and out easily, but still maintains a tight grip. Just about the only thing on this that seems like it might wear out is the elastic. I think the screws are there so you can replace the elastic if it gets worn out. Very practical.

My only complaint is the color. Throw this black hunk of material in my dark purse, no chance of finding it this century. Wish it came in pink, or a bright color. No such luck, so neon duct tape to the rescue! (Yes, duct tape literally fixes everything.)

Took a few weeks to get used to this, but it was well worth it. As a packrat, my previous wallet held a lot and was falling apart, prompting a new wallet. A lot of guys in my shop had these types, so I decided to give it a try. Shredding all the junk and just sticking to cash on the clip and my 8 cards allows me to stash my new wallet in any pocket. Not having to use the rear pocket eliminated my right leg from going numb when sitting too long, and prevents pocket theft! I am never going back to the traditional wallet! Its carbon fiber, and RFID resistant, and the bands can be swapped out once the elasticity goes out.
