Love that you can put ice in center tube so you don't water down your beverage. Also love have the erasable board to lable what kind of drink you're serving. Sprout high enough to sit a cup directly under without having to tilt dispenser. you can decorate bottom of dispenser with fruit, balled up gift paper, flowers, etc. It's very attractive.The only thing I wish is that the sprout was lower to bottom of dispenser. You do have to tilt once liquid goes past the sprout .

The only drawback is cleaning such large pieces after use, but that was alright for us. It was a hot day and the party was outdoors, so the ice in the funnels melted quickly, but if we had been indoors, the ice would have lasted longer.While these aren't the cutest or most attractive on the market, they shipped quickly, were sturdy, held large amounts, and were easy to disassemble.

The spigots did not leak, they were easy to assemble and easy to refill. The only thing i did not like was that the lid came off so easily. This made transporting it a little difficult because the lid would pop off unless you held it by the detachable base. Other than that, great product so far. I only used them once though, so I can't speak to longevity...
