I have never owned a special pillow like this before. I always bought two or more from target or kmart for under 5 dollars. I would end up replacing them every month or so due to damage ( I have two kids and a male cat) or because they lost their fluff and gave no support. I tend to sleep on my side but partly on my stomach. An odd position I know. I always end up waking due to shoulder or arm pain or because my ear folded in my sleep and the discomfort woke me. I bought this about two weeks ago and I love it. Much cheaper than others designed for side sleepers but I don't see how it could be better to buy them. It hasn't lost any of its support and I can sleep completely on my side which relieves the shoulder and arm pain. I also feel secure while using it. It almost hugs the back and gives something to wrap my free arm around. This is a good low cost choice for those looking to stop buying the cheap low quality pillows without breaking the bank. It is also comfy to rest on while laying on my back. It almost has built in arm rests.

This pillow was delivered yesterday and I used it last night. The best pillow that I ever purchased. I have bought many therapeutic pillows in the past and didn’t really like them. I have bought at least a dozen neck rolls and I found it necessary to keep adjusting them. The pressure on my ear was uncomfortable. I didn’t have to adjust the pillow during the night except to reverse to sleep on my other side. I love the ear hole!!! No discomfort from pressure. I would definitely give as a gift.
