I never take my earrings out, so it's been a bit of an issue. That's why I love the ear hole in this! No more stabbed neck! It has just the right thickness and isn't too small or too big so I really ended up liking it! It definitely makes sleeping on my side a lot more comfortable and helps to support my spine.
