As long as the head of your shower can be screwed off, this just screws in between the shower head pipe and the shower head. They last about 45 days in our house with at least two daily showers. They lavender scent smells amazing and you can smell it all throughout the bathroom in nearby rooms. It does help my skin feel slightly softer but I have it noticed a huge difference. I would ever say the main selling point of this is being able to have an aroma therapy shower without any of the extra steps of adding tablets tablets or sprays to the shower. The water does not irritate the eyes too much but I would advice not letting it run in your eyes for any length of time or or drinking the water/brushing your teeth in the shower with it. I will say that I have been using it for over a month now and it still smells really great. The price is a little higher than I care for but if you can extend the amount of time they are able to use it before having to replace it, I definitely think it's worth it then. I can also say that the lavender scent is probably one of the better smelling ones, if you're having trouble deciding on which scent to choose.
