I used the first can that I bought and it seems to work as described. I recently bought a pickup. The truck had only had 3000 miles on it, but was sold as used and "as is". After much research, I decided to use it. After removing the rear bumper, I found the two brackets were completely rusted. I soaked these in white vinegar overnight, which removed 98% of the rust. Then I rinsed with Hot Water with Dawn to neutralize the vinegar, rinsed with water, dried, and then applied two coats of Rust Improver. great product help me

Take the Jeep to a car wash and wash the undercarriage with high pressure, paying close attention to the frame. I honed and started painting the frame and found that less means 3 thin coats of paint rather than one thick coat as I discovered very quickly this is one of the best anti-rust paints I've seen. ever used.
