The 2nd one I installed in our upstairs bathroom, and it has been our main pooping bathroom for 3 years now. As we have many friends who also like to use bidets, we installed this on in our guest bathroom. It took me 10 minutes to install with my 1 year old's help (or attempt), and works beautifully. This one is cold water only, so I'm sure it will outlast my already 3 year old bidet from the same manufacturer that also has a hot water line hooked up.

I think a lot of the issues were more to do with my extremely stiff hose on the water inlet. The hair dryer and I eventually prevailed. And, hopefully it won't leak any longer. Great product though...having a septic tank we are extremely concerned about paper clogging it all up so this is great. I thought about having an entire bidet installed but if this works like it is now, I will have saved a LOT of money, lol. Thank you.

I purchased 2, the first one took about 45 minutes, I think that I can do the second one in 15 or 20 minutes. It works well, does the job it is intended to do. My toilet seat needed the accessory bumpers that came within days of eMailing them. I did not want to mess with trying to setup warm water, and In southern California I found no problem with regular water. For the Price I think this is a Great Deal. 30 DAY UPDATE....No complaints, you have to get use to it. on track to cut T-paper usage by almost 50%..

I've owned three of these and I love them! They're pretty easy to install, the only hiccups I've had is with older plumbing where the connection to the tank leaked a bit, but a little plumber's tape (included) helped solve that. This model doesn't include hot water, but it's still a great product without that feature. Easy to install, easy to use, and the connection points under the seat lid make it easy to take apart and clean.

    Bought one of these for my mother a few years ago. I noticed several improvements that I want to mention. It now ships with both metal and plastic T couplings. I still used the plastic one, and it's fine. But it is nice to have the option. The hose to the bidet itself now ships with a dual-size winged socket. Slide it to one end and it fits over the nut so you can tighten it down without a wrench. Slide it to the end and it slips over that nut as well. I don't mind using a crescent wrench, but it's nice not to have to. Who knows what internal improvements were made as well? The point is, the manufacturer is continually improving their product. I like that.

    I absolutely love this bidet. This is the second bidet I've purchased for my home. We needed one for a second toilet we have that we started using a lot more since the COVID-19 pandemic started. The one I had before this was basically this model but also had a hot water attachment that I never actually connected it. I decided to get one without hot water this time around. The lever provides good control of water pressure. The front wash is a godsend. It's also great that this has a "self-clean" feature, which uses water pressure to clean the nozzles without needing to get all up in there all the time. All in all, I always tell people that a bidet is worth it. You save money on toilet paper, but more importantly, achieve a cleanliness like never before.

    I looked at reviews for various bidets and settled on this one. I was concerned about cheap plastic parts leaking with other bidets after looking more carefully. The Neo 180 has all metal connectors and high quality valves. I did need to replace my tank line as I had the rigid metal kind instead of a flexible one, but I knew that would be an issue. I was able to install the bidet and the new connector in about 30 minutes, and it works perfectly. I am very glad I got this style as the water pressure can be very finely adjusted with the lever. It does aim right on target, and also easy to adjust your body slightly as needed. At full pressure it is a little rough, but if you just pull the lever slightly, it is perfect. Nothing is leaking, and everything seems sold and well made. An excellent purchase.

The bidet is an affordable option and easily attaches to your existing plumbing. I have used both the attached (Luxe) and standalone models. I prefer this one as you are not in an awkward position. Using a bidet is so much nicer to use than wipes, which are laden with chemicals.
