The fittings, hoses and tools provided look like they will allow a successful installation on most all models of toilets. I think the average homeowner can successfully install this bidet between 20 minutes and an hour at most. It seems like they have their act together as a company. I will admit that we have not used the product for very long but so far it works well and it is not doubt a great value for the money. I plan to buy another for our upstairs bathroom if things work out well this next month. I will update the review if I find a problem.

We've bought and installed two models of the Luxe bidets for our bathrooms, the Neo 320 and 180 models. We bought the 320 first but didn't bother hooking up the hot water feature since we live in Hawaii and our water is catchment and never gets too cold. We then purchased the 180, which is basically the same model without the hot water option. You may consider the 320 if you live in an area with cold winters but just realize that, just like the hot water in the sink, it needs to run a while before becoming hot. Both models work very well, were relatively easy to install and aren't obtrusive. We highly recommend these if you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on more advanced units which use electrical hookups. You'll love the Luxe bidets.

Ours was old and rusty. We had a hard time freeing the old connectors, and they would not seal properly when we installed the bidet. Had to have a plumber replace the valve and pipes. He also completed the bidet install. Now we use it every day. It cleans the butt thoroughly enough that a quick pat with TP to dry comes away looking clean.

Yea, right? But it was all in my mind as it wasn't near as uncomfortable as I imagined. Since then, I have used it without hesitation. I did have to adjust the intake water pressure down as the water stream is a little strong for my sensitivity but it works fine now, just takes the toilet a trifle longer to refill. I would highly recommend that you purchase the on/off valve, teflon tape and the seat bumpers. I had a leak after warranty so I contacted the company for guidance. Emailed them and they responded with a solution in a few hours. I have purchased 4 of these in the last couple of years and am completely impressed with them. I like this model as the internal parts are brass and most likely more durable than just plastic.

No amount of wiping can measure to how clean we feel after using this. The water can be too much at full blast at first though. It took me a few days to get it down and my wife about a couple days more. But now, we take full blast in stride. The lever does allows full control on the amount of stream you want. We can't imagine not having this and have decided to install another one in the common bath.
