I reached out to the company and given the circumstances they not only sent me a replacement motor, but an additional backup in case it wore down again.     I bought this to leave at home for my dog while I am at work (before coronavirus of course). I've noticed that he does use it to play fetch and leaving it plugged in allows him to play whenever he wants. I recommend using the Chuckit balls with this as the fuzz on the balls they provide is not good for dog's teeth. The first one I ordered didn't throw the ball consistently but the customer service was great and they sent me a replacement promptly. I've had no problems with the replacement product.

It is taking our energetic pup some training to learn how to use it himself but he LOVES it. He knows to drop it in front of me or next to the iFetch but hasn't quite learned how to drop it in the top.
