The sound waves eliminate having to scrub and even gets rid of dried-on eggs and oatmeal. We haven't tried it on other things but I'm guessing it would be great to clean paint brushes and rollers. I love this, I was super worried to use it at first because frankly I thought I was going to get electrocuted but I've never had a problem with it and I use it at least once a day to clean baby bottles. I currently have to clean bottles in my bathroom so I got a collapsible bin and I fill that up with dish soap and water and then quickly clean all the bottles with a bottle brush and dish soap and throw them into the bin and throw the ultrasonic cleaner in there and turn it on and when it's done and I rinse out the bottles they smell and look completely clean.

I use hot water, and the Ultrasonic cleaner heats the water even more (but not so much that it would harm the items being washed). I usually run it twice (two 10-minute sessions). Then I drain and rinse each part.

I still get that smell and a residue with dishwashers and steam sanitizers. This device also seems safe as long as I've had it which is a couple months now, I've never had any weird electrical problems and I leave it plugged in most of the time and just toss it in with water every night to clean bottles. I definitely wish I had this for my first kid, this makes cleaning bottles so much quicker and less stressful knowing this is gonna make sure every nook and cranny of those bottles are clean
