I highly recommend that you keep the bubble wrap that mirror came in for travel. It's not the typical bubble type of wrap and feel it would last a long time. Also purchased at a great price! I expected a more flimsy feel because of the price but it's very sturdy...similar feel to an iPad or MacBook...I popped some batteries in it and turned it on and WOW those lights are bright and perfect for what I need it for which is makeup. My bathroom ya vintage lighting and is so dark so this will help so much! The packaging was 5 stars in itself. It was boxed nice and neat and wrapped in super heavy duty bubble wrap on the inside of the box and the outside of the product box to ensure it gets delivered unscathed! Great job guys. This mirror is easy to install and looks professional! I'm really impressed with the brightness. It feature x2 zoom and x3 zoom which is perfect for applying makeup or touching up eyebrows! It's easily foldable so you can take it with you. I also love that it seems like is has a touch screen on and off button instead of having to find a small switch somewhere on the mirror. My favorite part, though, is that it takes AAA batteries so they are easily replaceable. I've owned several light-up mirrors and I've had to throw them all away after because I couldn't find batteries or had to special order them. Overall, this was a great purchase and I'm really happy with it!!

I love that you can dim the lights on this mirror as well. I didn't think the 2x and 3x mirrors would be helpful but they help a lot when applying my eyeshadow and lipstick so I can get a nice clear view. I would a thousand times suggest. The lights are the perfect amount of bright, the side panel mirrors are easily adjustable, and the adjustment of the over all mirror is nice. The only thing I just wish it could do is adjust in height. I stand while doing my makeup & I do have to prop it up on another thing to have it face level with me. To me, the overall size of the mirror is travel friendly.

I had a similar mirror that was battery operated. It was great for detail work like plucking your brows or applying eye makeup, but it never stayed bright for long. As soon as you put new batteries your get an hour or two of bright light, and then it just simmer down until it eventually drained the batteries. This lamp is so convenient. It has both a built in light and a battery pack. You can plug it in if you're staying stationary, or pop in the batteries if you want more mobility. The cord it comes with isn't very long, so I do use an extension cord so I have some extra freedom from the outlet and space to move it around. Definitely worth it!
