It doesn't have the same pressure as my home's bidet, but gave me the freedom to get back on track. If I need a little more cleaning, I just refill and run again. I will take it with me to show my surgeon at my next follow-up visit.

The reservoir is large enough to do the job but you can have an extra supply of warm water if you feel the need. The device is long enough to reach down and complete your rinse without leaning forward. I carry this with me to use in the hospital and then at home. Very mobile. I definitely recommend this item.
