We have it in his bedroom. Make sure wherever you want to place it has a solid beam in the ceiling. The instructions say to have it placed in a concrete ceiling, but we've had no issues so far in 3 months . Don't be fooled by my photos, he does more than sleep in it. As it is a different color than our previous swing. its Very well made which is extremely important for us. Holds up to 175 lbs. we are hoping this one will last as long as the first maybe longer but if not we would definitely purchase again. Who would have thought something so simple as a swing inside would brighten a little guys face so much!!

We also got a hammock type hanging chair not knowing which he'd prefer, and this one is way more fun! Obviously, I guess, because he is not just sitting in it chilling, but swinging, twisting etc which he can't do in other ones. It's a little hard to get in and out, so I would say it's not for younger kids/toddlers...or adults.

I think the insert needs to be blown up more but over all would recommend this product. We stick a pillow in the bottom of each so they sit higher and are more comfortable.
