On my hair wash nights my flatironed hair would become wet and not end up looking so great in the morning. I love this neck fan so much! I feel comfortable to sit and read and no more wet hair! I find the low setting works fine for me and the sound is quiet enough, like a soft white noise, so it isn't distracting but I do find it a little too loud so close to my ears for movie/TV watching. Fine with headphones on while on the internet. I have used it every evening since I received it and still have not had to charge it and it also looks and feels well made.

It is not very heavy, but feels very solid and well made. Even though the fan blades are not exposed, I still had to tie my long hair up to keep stray strands from getting sucked into the blades. The battery life is fantastic, lasting my whole shift, continuing for half a shift the next day. The noise level is not too bad on low, but on medium or high it can be hard to understand quiet conversations. I had also tried the kind of neck fan that has the little fans on flexible arms--it slipped askew as I worked, the battery ran out after 3 hours and the whole fan died after a few weeks. This fan is still going strong after months of daily use. It is well worth the purchase price.

First of all, right out of the box, it is ready to go, already charged up, so I didn't have to wait to use it. It is very simple and easy to use, with just one button to press to turn it on/off. Press same button again for 3 different speeds. It is lightweight, very sleek, and I like how you can adjust the fan's position on your neck. The breeze makes me feel cooler when it's hot outside. I have long hair, but my hair doesn't get tangled or caught in any part of the fan. The only issue I have is that it is a little noisy to wear (a slight whirring sound, which maybe I can just tune out after a while). I would recommend this as a wearable fan to cool your face and neck, and I'll use when I'm extra overheated from a long bike ride in the hot sun!

I got so excited when I saw this fan and it's everything it claims to be. Cools me right down. At first it feels a bit heavy in your hand but once around the neck it feels fine. I absolutely love that it has holes all the way around the neck. Just that little fact alone is a game changer. It has 3 fan speeds and they all blow well. The noise is minimal on low and mid. A bit loud on high, but if I'm hot the noise is not a problem. The battery life is pretty good...roughly 3 - 3½ hrs continuously on high. In the manual it refers to a light that indicates the battery life. This light does not exist. I even turned the over lights out trying to find this light. Overall I'm delighted with this fan. I'm ordering 2 more. One for the car, one for the house and one to keep in reserve. Love, Love, Love this fan.

I had the other model where the two fans extend from the device & sits right in front of your face and this version is by far more comfortable, more discreet and I feel comfortable wearing this just about anywhere as it just looks like you have headphones around your neck. Also, if you’re like me and your eyes water a lot, this fan vs the other type doesn’t blow air directly in my face (which is the main reason I purchased this version). It allows air to flow upwards from the base of your neck...kinda like putting that cool cloth on the back of your neck to cool your body down. Though I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t come in the color black, I still highly recommend this product and I will most definitely be purchasing more to have one in every area of my house as well as keep one in the car to have whenever/wherever I may need it (just like I do my reading glasses). I’m a woman knocking on the door of 50 so it really is that serious for me.

Adequate to slightly give you some cooling effects. Like a review I read from a construction worker in Arizona. You will not find this helpful at all. But if your outside on a muggy hot day doing yard work or biking or walking. It will make you a little more comfortable. But not much. I bought this for my uncle who is a paraplegic in wheel chair and has lost his ability to control cooling down from heat loosing his sweat cooling mechanism. So when he is outside for long periods of time he gets very hot and body doesn’t cool him down. He finds this does offer some comfort. I can’t comment on battery life yet since used it one day. But got a good few hours of continuous run time without turning off. It’s not meant to leave on continuous for hours. It’s just to cool you off a bit while your outside in the heat. The weight is not bad no more than those big over the ear headphones. It’s tolerable since it rest on your neck and shoulders. For the price I thought it was worth the try.

There's a section of the neck band in the middle that is flexible and non-slip. This makes it easy to adjust so it fits just right!
