Smaller than expected but I also didn't pay attention to the dimensions listed. It is a beautiful, simple design. It should have deeper wells for the smoke to flow down but it does it's job. The smoke does flow over the sides a bit but I love the waterfall effect it creates. One thing I was not aware of is the residue that backflow incense leaves. I learned real quick after using a pink cone and ended up with a pink ring. I recommend having a mat of some kind (even a sheet of paper would work) to protect the surface it sits on.
