First of all it is high quality, non-stick (which will be nice when chopping peppers/mushrooms) it is sharp but not so sharp you are going to do major damage to yourself if you get a wee bit careless. The handle is non-slip which I REALLY appreciate and should be a requirement for such tools. The things you can do are just limited by you own imagination and creativity so I am give this 5 Stars for performance, value, perfect weight and overall exceptional tool for the kitchen.
