For the back fender, simply wrap the saddle post with a layer of electrical tape and, clamp on it, it will stay straight that way, as it tends to turn too, as the front. Overall, a great buy tho!!!

I would modify it to lay almost flat on the fender as a possible position for more flexibility. I almost put mine on the grinder to do that but found another way to make it work. Packing was a little suspect too. I thought I was missing pieces and was going to pack it up again for return, but a found the pieces loose in in the box.
