This pillow is awesome. It provides the right amount of support. I have found that if I switch sides I am sleeping on, I just slip my opposite leg through the leg strap just keeping the leg strap between the mattress and my leg, whatever leg is closest to mattress. That little trick ensures more stability and for the strap and pillow and I have had no slippage of the pillow like others have complained of. It is very comfortable.

This pillow has been a life saver for me. For about 9 months I was having back/sciatica pain only when sleeping....which I wasn't getting much of because of the pain. I had tried using regular pillows for support, taking pain relief medication, stretching....nothing was working. The first few days of using the knee pillow I still had pain, but I kept using it and I noticed every night the pain was becoming less and less noticeable. Now, I am sleeping pretty much through the night without pain! It's very soft, the stretchy part that goes over one leg is not uncomfortable at all.

I just got this yesterday so only used for 1 night and I woke up today 98% pain free! I slept the whole night without constantly having pain wake me up. No tossing and turning either.
