The stitching is very nicely done and the shape holds up well. It is firm enough to offer the necessary support but still very comfy. It was shipped compressed in one of those vacuum bags. I expected it to be a wrinkled mess for a while, but was surprised to find that it expanded to full size and shape immediately and wrinkle free. It isn't cheap, but if it's what you need, I doubt you'll find the same quality for much less.
