My only annoyance is that the top doesn't stay open on its own. This is getting better with time and repeated opening, though. It will stay open for the most part now if I bend it back a little. The necklaces do not get tangled, which is excellent, though the chains do flop out of the elastic pouch any time you close the lid or move the box around. Overall, this is a cute and perfectly serviceable jewelry box for the price.
