Few different attachments to get into your niggles too. It's quite heavy and is better if you can get someone else to use it on you so you are straighter when using it but it's easy enough to use on your own too. I usually have regular sports massages but that isn't possible at the moment so this is great to keep me ticking along. Wish I'd bought one years ago
