He was in in between sizes when I measured him, I choose the smaller size which fit but was snug. I contacted the company and they provided amazing customer service and sent me the next size up free of charge and let me keep the first one! A+++ in my book! I would and have recommend to any cat owner. My cat isn’t the biggest of fans but we continue to train in hopes one day he will get used to it and we can actually leave the yard. He did get spooked and jumped into the air and came out of the bigger harness but he didn’t get hurt that is the most important thing. He probably wouldn’t have gotten out the smaller one. This is definitely a learning process and takes practice but this is a great product and company to work with!

We did our research before settling on this model, and to our delight, the product is as advertised. I like the dual security of the black. backpack-like snap-together latch and the double-D rings through which to attach the leash. Velcro and adjustable webbing on both sides of the vest allows you to custom-adjust the fit for your animal. We ordered a XS based on our kitten's then-dimensions, and the vest fits well. Our kitten will actually come to us when we take out her harness, because she loves exploring outdoors. Recommended! We'll be getting a larger vest when she gets older.

I opened it up and laid it on the ground, I put my cats front paws in the holes and grabbed the sides and velcroed it.     Love this harness... got the bright orange for my cat Tiger. After measuring him, it seemed like he would fit a medium but the medium was just a bit too tight. It was no problem getting a different size and you're better to go up a size anyway because the velcro is pretty large and allows for a lot of adjustability. When I received the product I washed it in soapy water and it dried very quickly just sitting near the heat vent. No color bleeding. I definitely recommend this harness.

Fat boy can't even fit his front legs in. Monkey is 3/4 the size of my cat and he fit it absolutely perfect with room to spare but not slack. He could breathe without huffing. Based on the measurements provided, the cat was right in between being a small and medium so I went with medium. It was way too big. If you are in between sizes, I would suggest sizing down. I was able to return the medium for a full refund and the small fits his perfectly! The harness is lightweight and easy to put on the cat. Comes with a leash in a matching color. Very nice item.     The girth that I measured of my cats fit in the range of M posted by seller but I find I have to return and get S instead... Cats are truly liquid. So the range is based on the length of the Velcro. But there are adjustable straps attached to the vest which is pretty helpful. My cat succeeded in escaping it when I was leading him from in front. The whole thing fell from his head and shoulders and turned inside out. My cat is a real escaper. And yes. It takes some time for cats to get used to wearing it. I know dogs have a lot less of a problem form my own experience tho.

    I was having a hard time finding a harness that would fit my tiny little 2.5lb Yorkipoo puppy. I was thrilled to find this one and it fit her perfectly. I can finally take her out for walks. She seems very comfortable when she is wearing it. It has a little stretch when closing the Velcro but not much. It doesn’t hinder her walking at all, she walks great in it & she’s been really enjoying going out for walks now. If you have a tiny little fur baby like mine I totally recommend buying this harness because it’s one of the only companies that actually makes one small enough!
