I got used to them very quickly and I can absolutely tell a difference in the morning if I did not wear them the night before. I put then in at the end of the day during tv time. They were softer than expected from the appearance of the photos, but firm enough that I think they will last quite a long time.

I have perfectly healthy feet, no bunions, hammer toe, ect... you can really feel the stretch after a while of wearing them. They make clipping and filing your nails easier.
