It reawakens the nerve endings in your brain stem that goes through your spine. For sanitary purposes I would be careful who you let use it though because everyone will want to try it! Or just keep a bottle of rubbing alcohol in a small spray bottle at your desk to sanitize it if they do. It is also a great gift for that person that has everything.

The metal arms spread out fairly easily. I use it for short periods of time whenever the mood strikes, so it's helpful to have the two pack. I Iike to have one in the living room, in the drawer of my coffee table, and one in my nightstand. It's fun to use for a few minutes while watching tv or before going to sleep, or whenever you are tense and/or want a sudden case of the tingles!

Can't nobody touch my scalp but me or I start squealing like a pig! I'm too ticklish for even getting my hair washed by someone else. But using the massager on myself feels like what ASMR tingles feel like 🥰 I think I have a bigger head but these fit fine. I think they'd fit any head shape because the metal arm things are pretty easily moved. I'm inclined to gift the second one to a friend of mine who suffers from migraines.
