My 6 year old daughter has thick, wavy hair and lots of it! She has cried every time her hair gets brushed since she was a baby. I saw this and since we have tried literally every other detangling brush without success, I figured I would give this a try. And it is AMAZING! My husband has super thick, super curly (3c-4a) long hair and we tried it on his unbrushed dry hair and unbrushed wet hair and it seriously goes through like butter! It normally take about ten minutes to brush though his hair with a regular detangling brush but it took maybe 15 seconds tops to go through it with this with literally no pulling at all! I also used it on my thin straight hair (but still tangles easily) and had the same result. I can not wait to give this to my daughter for christmas. This is a game changer for hair of any texture or thickness. There is NOTHING on the market that works as well as this product for pain free detangling!

First of all, where was this invention when i was a kid? I suffered so much back in the days. Being multi racial my hair was a nightmare to detangle and style. Im glad to see how, in past couple of years , more products and more understanding of multi racial hair is breaking through the market. I dreaded washing my hair because of the detangling process, but this detangler is a game changer in my hair routine now. I was very hesitant at first because my hair is like velcro, literally, and this seemed too good to be true. Im glad i took a chance with it because it works simply put. It really went through those stubborn knots with gentle back and forth motion and with little hair ripping out (i countrd 2 strands) ! Usually, ill have a ball of hair ripped out while detangling even with a “wetbrush”. I highly recommend this brush to anyone struggling with curly kinky hair. Im a range between 2b through 3b curl type if it helps. My only wish is that in the future they make one waterproof to use under the shower!

I don’t normally write reviews. But for this product I had too. I have an 8 year old daughter with wavy/curly hair. Normally hair brushing can be hit or miss with her, and lately more of a miss. She fights it and screams even with all the products and detanglers and detangling brushes we have. To the point on days she refused to brush her hair. I saw it being used in a video on YouTube on Friday and immediately went and purchased it. It got here the next day and I couldn’t wait to use it! When my daughter was done swimming, (keep in mind, she had OT that morning and had refused to brush her hair, and school the day prior with gym class so it was pretty tangled), I put product in it and used it! I was shocked at how well it worked. I was a little skeptical, but it is worth every penny. It’s not perfect and yes, there is still a few tangles. But those were easier to get out. But mostly it went through like butter, and no screaming from my daughter. Well worth the money. And for what it’s worth, my husband used it in his beard, and he loved it as well lol

Holy smokes, this comb is awesome! I use it on mine and my two daughters hair. We have tried it on damp and dry hair, curly and straight styles, day old product and toothpaste spit tangles. Never lets me down, and the kids do not yell at me when I brush their hair now. We all have less hair loss, and me and my curly, fine haired kiddo have a huge cut in poofiness and fizz. Her hair is virtually frizz free and mine, well I was born frizzy but this is the best it could be lol. Really agitates the hair nicely to shake out excess product if you are someone like me who doesn’t wash their hair daily. I shampoo about every 3-4 days, so I have dry shampoo and light product build up. I use this comb to fix the bed head before reviving my curls, and it seems to shake off a lot of the old product while detangling. It then cleans up easily because it’s just one row of “bristles” and they can be moved manually to get all sides. An old clean toothbrush also helps to dust off any lingering product collected by the comb. So easy to use and fantastic results. Would buy again and again!

I saw this on a YouTube video of reviews, and was skeptical but after watching someone else try it, I figured I would give it a go! I have long blonde (not natural and very bleached) hair that loves to tangle itself up. Especially during quarantine when my sole hairstyle was a messy bun and I reluctantly admit, went longer then normal without washing my hair most weeks. Just my hair! Also, when I did wash it, I was beginning to get lazy about brushing it, and would just throw it up in a bun wet after a shower, and most days, I thought about just starting dreadlocks because I was going at a pretty good rate at this point. Then I remembered I had bought this wonderful invention! I want to point out, this DOES NOT replace your everyday brush/comb. What it does do, is remove or detangle the knots within your hair BEFORE you brush it out. I have fine hair but there is a lot of it and it is long. About half way down my back, and this still only takes me about 1 minute to a minute and a half to detangle before I use my square brush. It works even better if I spritz detangler on my damp hair before hand. If someone as lazy as me can spend the minute before the brushing, so can you. It does end up saving time, even though I am adding an extra step, I'm not fighting with knots constantly. If mine ever breaks, I'd buy it again and I recommend it all the time to my friends. I even recommended it to my hairstylist.

This Detangler hairbrush is very awesome very GREAT with kids that don’t want to get tangles out of their hair specially when it hurts them! my son particularly does not like hairbrushes lol but he loves this thing I don’t have to hold him down or fight with him anymore on brushing his hair because he actually loves this thing!! Now when you have a nodded nest of hair you actually have to work with it in small parts which you’ll get the hang of it (it does take a few try’s to learn how to work with the tangled nest n this brush) and work your way through the nest of tangled hair, but it doesn’t hurt Caleb as long as you hold up High on the hair that you’re working with that way there’s no pulling or anything that they can not fell it, I’ve always done this I was taught this way when getting knots out of hair you hold that piece of up high so it doesn’t pull so hard on their hair. My son is three and has very long hair beautiful hair and now he’s at the point where he will brush his hair with this device and get them out because it doesn’t hurt him as bad anymore like a regular brush does.. now I was excited to open this I did not know it came with batteries at the time until I actually start looking at the box but I had already put everything together but it does come with batteries and a lid and you will need a screwdriver but this is amazing I am going to buy my nieces one because they have long hair and they have tangles in their hair all the time and they will love this!

OMG let me just start by saying that I have very long thick hair that is a pain to brush out especially without plenty of conditioner. So I wanted to put this brush to the test. I brushed my hair straight out of the shower and wet after being in the towel and then again the next day after having it in a bun and sleeping on it all night. My hair usually gets pretty tangled overnight. Let me just tell anyone who's interested that this brush is a miracle. I usually need 20 to 30 mins for brushing my hair, then usually having to empty the brush 2 to 3 times from lost or broken hair from the tangling. I used this brush and in less than 5 mins my entire head of hair was brushed detangled and I had not a single strand of hair that needed to be taken off the teeth of the brush. HOW WAS THIS NOT AROUND WHEN MY GIRLS WERE YOUNG? I have very healthy thick natural hair and this brush is truly a game changer. At first I was hesitant thinking the spinning or vibrating of the teeth would get caught in my hair but that was never an issue. If my hair was tangled more in certain spots I would just use light pressure and move the brush down slower and it worked like a charm. You can also start from the bottom up. I truly recommend this brush and not just for detangling but for overall health of your hair. In time you will use less product and have less breakage and loss of hair so in turn having full healthier hair. Anyone who has tangled hair when brushing needs to buy this brush. If you have kids that have tangled hair buy this brush. It's a game changer!!! And the price is great! You can also use it on fake or real wigs and works great.

I have long dry hair, and it is constantly getting tangled. This comb glides through my hair with nary a catch or snag. I've also noticed that since I started using it, I have a lot less hair breakage. The only con of this product is that it isn't very good at getting any sort of smooth style (like a ponytail). However, I still have a brush and regular comb for those, and they do a lot less damage to my hair after combing it with this product first! I love it so much I bought one for my granddaughter.

This actually works to gently get knots and tangles out of my 1B hair and of my daughters' 1A hair! Wet and dry, this is gentle and effective. I know that it looks like a dumb as-seen-on-tv thing that wouldn't really work, but it does. It isn't loud, the battery has held well so far, and it doesn't take much more time than a typical comb. It's just a comb whose bristles wiggle, but it weirdly works! It doesn't break or rip out hair at all, and I've never seen a single hair stuck in any of the "teeth" of the comb.

I love this detangler. I mainly bought it to use on my year old daughter's hair, she has long curly hair and the back likes to knot pretty bad even using detangler sprays and leave in conditioners. I hate feeling like I have to use two hands to work through her knots while she's trying to grab and play with the comb or turning her head to look. This detangler is a bit noisy but not to bad, it dosnt bother her at all and she loves me brushing out her knots with it, she actually leans into it with a smile on her face!
