It was hard to find exactly what I was looking for - a sturdy but light iPad case, a keyboard that's part of the case, and a variety of positions for the different uses of an iPad like typing, watching movies/shows, browsing the web, etc. This case/keyboard fits all those specifications.     I just received this product today so I am unable to attest to the battery life. I will update this review should I experience any negative issues with battery life or any other function. What I can say is that it came very well packaged and protected against any accidental drops, etc. It connected to my iPad Air 2 very easily and very quickly. Bonus that the keyboard case was delivered already charged. I immediately put it to use and have yet to charge it. Keyboard shortcuts are available, but some are different from my MacBook. The backlight on the keys are handy for use in bed, but I honestly don't use that feature much. The case has added a bit of weight and bulkiness to the tablet, but it's well worth it! LOVE LOVE LOVE this keyboard case and I highly recommend it.

    I love this keyboard. It has far surpassed my expectations. It looks nice and is easy to clean. It feels durable and protects the iPad well. The battery lasts for a long time on one charge. Some people mentioned a keystroke lag. What I have noticed is that there is no lag when I am typing - it is as fast as I can type. However, when I haven't used it for a while and then start to type it takes a few seconds to ‘wake up'. It's not a problem for me. It saves battery power and keeps inadvertent touching of the keyboard from altering what you are doing on you iPad. I use this keyboard every time I use my iPad and I am so glad that I purchased this over the Apple keyboard. I feel that it will hold up much better and have a longer useful life based on reviews I have read on that product.

    I mostly love this keyboard case (only one complaint I'll get to in a minute). The cover material is kind of rubbery, very easy to hold onto when carrying; not gonna slip. The hinge is solid; stays open well even in my lap. It holds the iPad firmly. I've had it a while now and have only recharged it once. Granted I'm not a really heavy user, but that's good. The keys feel good; easy typing. My only complaint is a common one other people have noted. The right-shift key is smaller and misplaced...makes it easy to hit the wrong key there. Also the Delete key is in a bad place; also very easy to hit the Lock button. I think the Shift key is the biggest deal. I just have to really slow down when I'm typing something that requires that key. Maybe I'll get used to it. Otherwise this is a great product.

    It's not often when a product excels on so many levels. The fit and finish are superb and the iPad is secure in its cover. I like the way the screen can be adjusted to different viewing angles to fit your needs. The extra weight from the keyboard is negligent and gives a nice added heft to the combined items. I have been waiting for 4 years to find a keyboard with these features. It has the Apple keyboard shortcuts and is configured like an Apple wireless keyboard. The customer service is pro-active as they contacted me to make sure I was happy and to see if any help was needed. Pairing was easy as a senior citizen without a computer background had it going straight away. Instructions are easy to follow and customer support/service sent instructions before it arrived. There is so much to like on the keyboard, glad I waited.
