Instructions:

  • Clean damaged surface wet with clean cloth.
  • Put the glue to the gun and heat (also it needs about 5-10 minutes).
  • Pull the trigger and apply drawing gasket with pressing glue.
  • Immediately place the pad in the center of the dent and hold until the stick.
  • Place the pad body through the bridge pull hole and knob screw.
  • Tighten the teat until the pad pops off.
  • Clean the surface.

You won't be able to pull door dings out completely with a kit like this, as the door dings in a car are typically too small and focused, however you should be able to lessen the ding by a bit using the smallest puller in this kit. Easily worth the price I paid, and I'll keep the kit for future use as well.

I haven’t tried it on the smaller dents yet but I’m optimistic. I just wish the instructions were a little more detailed. Like how long to leave the gasket on the dent before pulling, which color glue stick to use, and how exactly it works etc. I’m otherwise very pleased with the results so far.

I probably could have cleared up the remaining imperfections with more time, but the results were good enough for me. (It is a very time consuming process). I would also like to state that my results were no were near perfect. Using this type of tool takes practice. I can see why professionals get the money the deserve.

On my Toyota, it also pulled the dent out. I had to repeat 3 times as each time it got better. I used the Toyota as the car to learn on prior to attempting on the Audi. I know what you're thinking, waiting two days in fear that she may see the dent!! Honestly, she probably would have never noticed but it was buggin' the heck out of me. Received the tool today and worked flawlessly! I had to make three evolutions with the tool but the key is turn "slowly" and pause between turns. The alcohol bottle provided was useful but comes with no alcohol. I used regular denatured alcohol and that did the trick cleaning up any residue. Instructions could have been a little more detailed and with fewer spelling errors (ha ha). Placement of the outer pads is fairly important to pay attention to as well and make sure you use the right size pad for the dent you are trying to pull out.
