I’d like to recommend this marble run! By looks alone, you’d assume it’s for 3-5 year olds. The pieces are the same as to Lego duplo (feel, sturdiness, and grip/hold). But the difficulty level is more suited for 5-85 year olds. We purchased two of these sets to ensure we have enough for 2 kids...and dad. We still have Duplos and these are compatible, so I see bigger creations in the future 😆 Very pleased! Boxes were in perfect condition when they arrived. Sets had a few variations in colors, but we like that. Extra “fun” pieces are definitely a positive feature we would be missing if they weren’t included. Open ended building. Problem solving. End goal to try and achieve. Building directions included if needed, we used the directions only once. Our girls are 7 and 10, dad is 37. They’ve already played for hours. Great toy!

There are instructions included with set to show you multiple ways to set it up or you can do what my family prefers which is free building with trial and error. There are plenty of different block and ramp pieces to pick from and you can arrange them a countless amount of ways so the balls will roll down the ramps. It's a very engaging learning toy that helps with problem solving and attention to task. It's fun for a variety of ages and I enjoyed building with it myself! I love toys like this that are low tdch and get you thinking and using your fingers and imagination!

No one likes buying a toy only to have the kids toss it aside after a day or two. Now to the blocks themselves, they are very colorful, you get a great amount and the blocks were sturdy. I feel they are quality made and the balls are super cute with little faces. My boys love building with it and it was so entertaining I caught myself playing with it alone. Honestly, I have no complaints about this toy. I think it will be a forever toy in our house. so far I have bought two sets, just so you know they can be combined to make larger runs and even races, what kind does not like to race again someone else, so if you are looking for a good toy you have found it.

These are awesome. my 2yo loves building the blocks, and I help him construct the lanes for the marble to roll down. the only thing is the marbles are hollow plastic half spheres that you connect together to make "marbles" but I don't even care. I can eventually buy real BIG or shooter marbles. the quality of the blocks are awesome and it is hard to tell which are duplo and which are from this set. I am going to buy another soon to get more blocks. TOTALLY AN AWESOME GIFT!

When I see something with only 5 star reviews, I'm skeptical. But in this case, the set totally lived up to the hype! We have a regular marble run building set that my 2 year old was obsessed with, but it was difficult for her to put together and I always worried about the little marbles. This set provides bigger balls which are hollow plastic rather than glass, and has many more building options. Unlike some off-brands, the pieces fit seamlessly with Duplos. It's actually difficult to tell the difference. Sometimes you have to make sure things are flush for the balls to roll well, the green pieces for the base are kind of thin, and I think one step was reversed in the directions. But overall this is the best toy we've gotten in a long time!
