After a read the directions it made perfect sense on how to make this the best it can be. After you sit on it it will start to decrease in size, so I just start to fluff it out and it will go right back. I love this bean bag. I found it fairly easy to pull apart the foam quickly without ever opening the shell lining. Before it fully expanded, I put it inside my bean bag cover (will use the one it came with when I want to change up my decor). The chair is comfy and is only on day 2 of expanding in the photo shown, while the directions say it can take up to a week to fully expand. Overall satisfied with my purchase.
