My 7 YO desperately wanted these and since he goes to a summer day camp where they do spend quite a bit of time outside I agreed to get them for him. They come in a great case and since they fold up they’re easy to store. My only problem was this - I have a 7 YO who isn’t super responsible and he dropped them and somebody else stepped on them and broke them. I ended up buying him another pair but having the same result I told him we will wait a year try again. Totally his fault. I’ll definitely get him another pair next summer

They come in a protective case that I kind of wish were a little slimmer, but it protects them & that's what matters. The glasses felt sturdy enough but I don't think they'll take a lot of abuse.
