Definitely no joke the speed and power of this machine when turned up to high speed especially!! Might recommend a mask while using so you don’t breath in acrylic shavings, and be careful to have your hair or any other nearby loose, dangling items secure to prevent a risk of anything getting caught on the rotating head! I accidentally swiped the edge of the cord with one of the sandpaper heads while it was going pretty fast, and it tore the sandpaper piece loose! Made me do a double thought about what it might have done had that cord been a section of my hair instead!! Yikes! Lol So just be careful! The handheld pen portion does start to get a bit warm after awhile of running the machine I noticed, but I don’t believe that’s abnormal. I really like all the variety of bits it comes with as well and how simple they are to swap in and out of the drill! Great product!!
