This brush is packaged in a very nice (but large) zippered travel case along with a flat comb. The brush feels very solid and well made, the buttons work well and the power cord is heavy-duty. Overall the brush seems to be high quality.The brush heats up very quickly (30-45 seconds depending on temperature) and turns itself off if you accidentally leave it on. Changing the temperature level is a simple matter of pressing the +/- buttons. The brush always starts at the same temperature and there's no way to save your preferred temp, which would be nice.As far as actual usage - I only use this on a mustache, but the mustache is about 12" long. The brush glides through pretty easily and about 3 passes on each side at 390° straightens everything pretty well. the heating elements are somewhat recessed from the brush tips and I haven't had any problem burning my face, which was always easy to do using a flat iron.Overall I'm very happy with this brush. Sorry I waited so long to try it.

I was concerned that they would not get hot enough to actually make a significant difference in look and length. That was not the case with this product. I took them straight out of the box went to the highest setting with no extra hair products other than what I had put on that morning. And I will say that I was impressed with the results. It heated up fairly quickly and tackled the kinks very well. And it didn't end up looking like your sister's straitening comb hair either, which I was also worried about. I brushed through my hair for about 10-20 minutes. And was immediately able to see exactly how uneven my beard ACTUALLY was and grabbed some scissors to clip it evenly. I recommend getting some beard heat sheild protectant spray though because these can get pretty hot.

Im an RN and wear a mask all day and this straightens the beard bend from the mask out immediately. It's actually so good that I'd recommend a beard heat protector spray but you can set any temp.
