Crack 1 to 2 large eggs directly into the egg roll machine cooking chamber. Or, if you’d like, crack eggs in a cup and pour into the egg roll machine cooking chamber. Never beat the eggs.

Once the food is in the egg roll machine cooking chamber, insert one wooden skewer into the center of the food to help food keep its form and prevent it from falling over as it rises.
Eggs should rise after 6-7 minutes of cooking. To remove the food, tilt the appliance and gently prod the food out with a skewer.

How it works? Rinse the egg roll machine cooking chamber before first use. Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.
To turn on, plug the appliance into an electrical outlet.
Hold the appliance horizontally and apply 2 short sprays of nonstick cooking spray.
During cooking place the egg roll machine vertically on a flat surface.

So if it's your furst time using it, I'd say keep an eye on it (btw it's cool to watch ut come up) until you've gotten adjusted.

I can add different items (mushroom, meat etc) to have different varieties of egg rolls. The kids really like how the eggs comes out in a roll. Its also nice to be able to cook only 1 or up to 4 at a time. Each cylinder has it's own on and off switch. The eggs are cook when they are removed. The clean up is easy too.
