Negatives are: 1. The headphones and emitter of powered by batteries. They both need to be turned on/off after each use. The on/off switch on the emitter seems fragile. I got around this by using a power pack that I had lying around from another device to power the emitter. 2. The sound quality is not as good as other headphones I have had. The positives are: 1. Inexpensive 2. The headphones are very light. 3. They seem to work with out any interference or noise. 4. The emitter is small and requires very little space. All this being said you get what you pay for. If this all the money you have and you need wireless headphones go for it. If you want better quality you will need to pay more. They get a five because they never said they are the best. Cheap stuff is cheap stuff not necessarily evil, just cheap.

Excellent budget wireless headphone set. After reading all the reviews, I was skeptical about this product, but decided to take a chance since it's so much cheaper than the $60 ones. I'm very glad that I did. It works great for me. I use it with my PC to stream movies and play videogames. I just plug the 3.5mm standard jack plug into my PC speakers and make sure that the volume is set to about 30 percent (not too loud and not too soft). Both the emitter and the headphones uses 2 AAA batteries each. I use rechargeable batteries and they work just fine. They last about 25 hours before I need to recharge them. When you first turn it on, make sure that the source has sound coming into the emitter and then hit reset and scan (once or twice until lock on emitter) on the headphones. If you do this before the source has any sound, then you will just get static or an FM station and the headphones will not lock onto the emitter. It took me awhile to figure out how to properly tune my headphones to the emitter, but just follow my instructions and you should not have any problems. Overall, I'm really happy with these headphones and will recommend them to my friends and family.

It works vey well. However it could use improvements. The 'tower' is tall and base is narrow and light. I mounted mine on a plywood base to prevent it from falling over all the time. The switch on the back of the tower is very awkward to use so I mounted a micro switch in top of tower. When I pick-up the headset the tower automatically turns on. The on-off-volume rotary switch on the headset is difficult to operate, but a simple adaptation made it very easy to find and use while it sits on my head.

Of course not the best sound what do you expect for the money. Took a little time to figure the right combo of wiring and correct reset/scan combo.. Hit reset and then scan,,, it will go to TV if so wired. Multiple scans will pick up radio stations,. I am using the black wire from TV to transmitter. Why the red/ white combo did not work ???? I can not judge distance as the further i walk down the hallway the more walls get in the way. Their instructions are terrible and I have emailed the company, I can understand why people have thrown them away.
