I use it on my arms, thighs and booty after I shower with Jergens skin firming lotion for about a minute on each area. I rub in a slow deep circular motion and it seems to be working very well. I’m very glad I took a chance on this product it’s a game changer!

And let me tell you it has been there since my early teens. It has been a huge insecurity for me... And let me tell you I can see the difference. It is almost half of what I had... I also began using it in highland booty. Caution: never use this on dry skin. Use coconut oil or cellulite oil. I bought the oil here on amazon "frequently bought together... and it's great, very hydrating and smell amazing. Another side note-might cause some bruising. My abdomen is bruised from using the Scala massager but I am prone to bruising. This has not stop me from using it. I have finally found something that works for me and did not break the bank doing so. I will continue to use the massager, I cant wait to see what my results a month from now.

I purchased an oil to use while in the shower I pour some on the massager and scrub my thighs in a circular motion . If you want to see results you need to press down and be firm , I also do walk a lot more now so I know that’s helped me . This is my honest review I was not given anything for free .
