I bought this telescope for my boyfriend's birthday. He has always wanted one and we have had so much fun learning to use it. It gives amazing views. We are amateurs and were so awed by our first look at the moon. The pictures I attached can be taken from the phone accessory, which is easy to use. Of course, the views directly in the telescope are even better, as you can really explore around the surface of the moon. We also got a pretty good view of Jupiter. Can't wait for warm weather so we can explore so much more!

Having never purchased a telescope before, I did a lot of research. This telescope is perfect for a beginner/occasional user. The legs are very sturdy and I was able to assemble it without swearing. Probably took me 10-15 minutes. I was able to hook up my iphone in 5 minutes too. The legs extend, but I like it at the halfway mark for sitting. I live with a lot of light from stores around me, so I'm going to purchase the filter lens and also a container so I can safely store the telescope and all its attachments safely. This telescope is a nice looking piece of equipment. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality since its not in the very expensive realm. Looking forward to a summer of exploring the sky in my backyard.

Got this telescope quickly, well packaged, and had it up 100% assembled in under 15 minutes. I am an amateur astronomer with a little extra ambition and drive so I decided to seek out a telescope that would suit both close up objects and some further distanced items. I get very precise views of little clusters of craters on the moon with the 5mm eyepiece and 3x lens together, it is a bit harder to find the exact focus as you amp up the magnification but the slow motion focus knob gets you a clear image at any level as long as you're patient and have a steady hand! As far as the tripod goes I have had no problems as of yet, it is a sturdy build especially when the tray is mounted in between the legs. Be careful though that you don't screw the legs too tightly or the screw may come out, I learned the hard way and now have just 2 screws of 3, but a small clamp works until I can get it fixed, and I'm sure it is not to fault of the manufacturer, rather that I excessively tightened the screw. As of now I have nothing bad to say about the scope. The moon pic below is using just the 25mm eyepiece and 3x lens.

Bought this as a gift for our future grandson-in-law who graduated from the Marine Academy. His home is on a hill with amazing views of the sky. Within five minutes of opening the box he was on the deck using his telescope. Our granddaughter told us he spent the rest of his leave on the deck finding stars, planets and other objects. He just loves, loves this telescope and we are very happy with our choice.

I bought this new telescope after donating my older telescope before moving. It was easy to set up using the step-by-step instructions. After watching a few Youtube videos on how to be a better stargazer, I set up my new telescope on my outside patio and I was able to see the moon great. Last night I played and experimented with it some more and was able to see Saturn, Jupiter, and four of Jupiter's moons. It is a great little telescope and I would highly recommend it.

I ordered this telescope for my grandson for his birthday. The whole family is completely satisfied and can't wait to further explore the stars when the weather gets warmer. My grandson loves this product and already has some knowledge of how to operate and the different constellations. Great product, easy to use and assemble.

This was a Christmas Gift for a 9 year old. It is perfect for beginners and was very easy to assemble. We have seen the moon, many stars, a couple planets and even birds nesting in far away trees using the various lenses that come with it. This telescope has given the eyes of a young explorer a much bigger space to see and enjoy!

This is a good telescope. I saw the moons of Jupiter using only the 25mm eyepiece. The barlow lens is sort of cheap and made of plastic. I don't think the barlow works with the 5mm eyepiece, everything was always blurry, but with the 10mm and 25mm it worked. The mount broke and I had to use another tripod. This is a good telescope.

This is a sturdy telescope that was very easy to assemble. It came very well packed with all pieces intact. I've read that some beginner telescopes can be difficult to get the hang of and that it might be best to use them to look at far objects in the day. I will try that prior to using it at night. Overall, it seems like it is good quality for the money.

Got this unit for my son Christmas gift. Assembling of unit was easy and quick. Would like to see better lens storage containers as they do not stay together very well and lenses fall out if not careful. Unit is easy to get zoomed in and focused quick. Overall for the price it is a great unit to get any kid interested in space a quick eye on the things of unknown space.
