This fidget item has been great in keeping me engaged while getting rid of the nervous energy my brain typically places into playing on my phone or answering emails, so I don't become distracted. Also, as someone with anxiety, this fidget item has been very useful when needing to release nervous or anxious energy, especially when dealing with uncomfortable topics or discussing things that have made me anxious. Only thing I will say is that the cover for one of the buttons came off after I dropped the item, but I think I can reinsert it. Either way, this is the best fidget item I've bought!
