It says there is a protective gasket for the battery case but I don't see any so not sure if water could get into the battery case and cause damage. So I glued clear tape to the space around the top of the battery box.

This is very interesting though, I'll keep it and hopefully be careful not to let water get into unprotected places, it will work for many years. Not sure if it's for 3 year olds as they would be more careless with water. So be sure not to plug the plug into the sink and let the faucet on it overflow. LAUGH
