There is an extender attachment that fits my Hilti drill and I have used the brushes to clean hard water stains out of the tub and toilets, and even used the brushes to clean a cast iron skillet. These brushes are great for entry tiles as well and cleaning the sides of the stove where drips are often missed. I'm happy with the purchase and the house is cleaner now. Less wear and tear on the hands and elbows with this amazing brush set. BTW I purchased 2 sets~one for kitchen and one for bath so no cross contamination~

I just connected it to my drill and I was able to clean my tub so fast! The only thing to be aware of? Make sure to hold tight, especially if you have the extended drill bit because when it catches on the surface, the drill kind of sways from side to side so make sure you have two hands on it or have a good grip on it! Also I have a dealt and it does get a little too heavy so just be aware of that. I absolutely love these and will be using them from now on for cleaning!
