The main thing to know is that it comes vacuum sealed and it takes a few days to expand. We used the suggestion to break apart the clumps to help it expand and it worked well, but I would tell everyone else to open early and let it expand on its own.

Did take about a week to fluff out like they said. More you move it faster it fluffs. My son love jumping on it which helped it also. But overall im glad i made this purchase. Have the full size. Would love to get bigger sizes later.
