As for use and results, being someone who typically leaves my hair natural since it is sensitive to heat and barely holds a curl (not even worth the trouble), it was surprising to see how well this worked for me! I make sure my hair is more than half dry before doing it because I want my hair to dry by the time I go to work. This seems to work fine for me! My hair holds the curl all day and is saved from heat damage. I would definitely do a practice try on a weekend to make sure you like the outcome because there is definitely a correct way to do it. Once you get it down it's super easy.

I suggest using this on hair that is perhaps 90% dry. The longer you leave it in the better the curls will be. I used the curler by positioning it, hitting it with a few minutes of heat with my hair dryer, and leaving in for an hour. It worked very well, and I imagine the curls or even better if left in for longer or overnight. Thumbs up!
