I've had a 5.1 system with a sub-woofer for years, so I wasn't expecting much from a single small bar, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I even got a replacement 5.1 system and haven't taken the time to hook it up with all the wires and speakers... now the old 5.1 system seems like so much overkill. This bar sounds great. For serious gaming where positional sound is critical, I still use my headphones, but for most gameplay and the nearly all-day every day Teams/Zoom meetings, this thing is crystal clear. I am very impressed.

Love this soundbar. All the reviews about the bass being to low are true. Hard to detect the bass in some games and you can’t really even tell in has bass with just music playing. Overall this sounds like a 360° soundbar. I’m glad I bought and would buy it again if the bass level was fixed. $200 on sale is still pricey for this unit considering how small it is.

I'm connected via bluetooth and haven't tried connecting via hdmi which they recommend but overall, the sound quality is better than I expected for pc gaming and as for music quality, the audio was rich/deep with the built-in subwoofer.

I love these speakers! They sound excellent and look amazing. I’m using the limited edition final fantasy 14 version and the design looks amazing. I used to play a lot of FF14 a few years ago and loved it so I knew I had grab this! There are lots of different sound modes to choose from depending on what type of game you’re playing such as an rpg mode, FPS mode, and more! I felt like there was more of a surround sound experience with rpg mode and I used it whenever I played black desert or Skyrim se. The FPS mode worked great for all shooters I threw at it! It tunes down the audio so it sounds good and punchy but you can still hear footsteps perfectly so you know exactly where tee miss are coming from! I also listened to music and movies on the sound slayer and they both sounded amazing! I can highly recommend this speaker, especially this limited edition if you’re a ff14 fan or just want some speakers that won’t fail you and sound excellent no matter what you throw at it!

I’m not a sophisticated ‘sound’ person compared to others but I feel the sound is maybe somewhat ‘tinny’ so if you are really interested in high quality acoustics, maybe this isn’t for you. But for your standard zoom meeting, it’s fine.
