Assuming that the batteries were spent, we replaced them with Duracell ones. The clock seemed to be working okay initially but now it has stopped completely and we have had this less than 8weeks! Contacted Katy but they have said there's nothing they can do as the return window shut before the clock stopped working completely. I'm really cross and would definately not recommend buying from this company.
