This is the most comfortable thing I have ever laid on. I never want to get out of the tub. The suctuon cups hold the cushion firmly in place so readjusting is not necessary. The cushion is thick and very soft, especially the pillow you rest your head upon. For quick, easy drying, just hang anywhere in the shower using the attached hook at the top. Great product. Would buy again.Follow up. I did buy it again. My girlfriend loves it. Nicely done. Great product. Excellent customer service. This is a must have.

Those suction cups are alright, not sure if it's because our bath tubs are now made out of fiberglass/plastic and no longer of cast iron...mine has a little gridlike so you don't slip and break your neck, and so they tend to come off, but regardless this is good therapy.
