Instructions

I bought these for my husband because he was using mine. Mine were the older model and a little harder for him to put on. And I also wanted mine back :) My husband had complained about his feet hurting and said it felt like nerves were pinching. He wanted to go see a Doctor but I asked him to try the product first because I had learned about the product from a friend who had fixed her nerve pinching problem in her feet using them. She was desperate because her Doctor tried everything and was recommending surgery, which he could not guarantee would work and which could make it worse. The product eliminated her problem. And, my husband's nerve pinching problem cleared up after using the product for a few days (about 30-60 minutes each time). I use them almost daily to fix my charlie horse problem. So long as I use them regularly I don't have calf cramps anymore! And my sister and her daughter also use them to resolve their foot problems.

After reading reviews from previous buyers of products, I just had to try them for myself. Over the last couple of years, I've been having more issues with my feet - starting to get a hammertoe on my right foot, pain with walking, and being less and less able to wear anything with a heel without a lot of pain (though I wear athletic shoes at work, so high heels were not the root of my problem). The product is great! Who would have thought that wearing these to spread the toes apart would work so well? But, as our feet are in shoes that squeeze our toes and feet into unnatural positions and change our walking styles (which in turn affect our backs and necks, etc), I can totally understand why they work. I have not had any pain while wearing these, as other people have mentioned, only a feeling of relief. I wholeheartedly love my product!

I don't write many reviews but I had to for these. I'm on my feet for 60 hours a week. I was plagued by plantar fasciitis for almost 6 months. It was incredibly painful. Sometimes by the end of my shifts I would be in tears. I tried everything, boots and slings, stretching, icing it. I didn't know what else I could do. I came across these in some research and found that they could help. It was unconfirmed studies. Mostly speculation. I said screw it, I've tried everything else. So I bought them. They literally cured me with in weeks. I wore them everyday for 30 minutes. In a week I felt so much better. In 3 my plantar fasciitis was gone. And I mean completely gone. A lot of people here said they are painful. I didn't find that at all. I wore them for 30 minutes right off the bat with zero problems. After only a week I could tolerate an hour. It just felt like stretching. Not exactly comfortable, but by no means painful. If you suffer from plantar fasciitis, GET THESE.
