Getting the assembly into the cabinet was the toughest part (spatial relations not my long suit). However placing the anchors and getting the lazy susan set in them was easy. Very different from the one I pulled out (same company by coincidence). The shelves roll around the center post instead of the center post spinning. This works well but the little wheels that the shelves roll on worry me. However the construction overall is solid. This is part of an overall cabinet overhaul so may edit once the shelves are loaded.

This product makes good use of the lower corner base cabinet. I love that I have easy access to my pots and pans and don't have to reach too far back to retrieve them. Installation was done by my husband and he had to ensure the pole was centered and secured to hold the weight of the shelves and larger pots, plus allow the shelves to rotate smoothly and evenly when used. Attaching the pole correctly to the underside of the countertop was the difficult step but the manufacturer does provide a paper sheet template in the packaging to help with the installation. I do love this product!

I do remember having to re-do something during installation because it didn't auto-stop in the correct position. So make sure you pay attention to that when installing. This worked perfect for us. We bought a house and the previous owners did not maintain their lazy susan so it fell and they were too lazy to fix it. It took us 20 minutes for the total installation including the removal of the fallen one that was currently in place. The hardware for this matched what was already in place from the prior one so we didn't have to drill any new holes or deal with any of that. Currently we have back up stuff in there that is of medium weight; sauces, peanut butter, vinegar stuff like that and we have had no issue with it being too heavy to spin or anything.

I was nervous to remove the old broken one and install the new one. As it turned out it took longer to empty the shelves and fill them back up again, than it did to remove the old one and install the new one. I feel so accomplished. It seemed like it would be impossible because the opening is so narrow. It works great and I now have an extra shelf that was not broken to save incase another one breaks. It would be nice if the design was better and not plastic.
